thank you thank you thank you! i didn't know the demo was out finally! i'll respond later. once i download it.
after taking about 2 hrs or so to download, i was disappointed. it was slow downloading and slow loading. i noticed the running and passing slow down. overall, i hated the demo and was a complete waste of time. oooh, i get to play as eli (subbed david carr in for fun along with lawrence tynes). i wanted to play like a half of football or something. the madden iq thing is a good idea, but IMO, who cares? there are only a few reasons why i'll be buying the ps3 version over the ps2. 1. i like the nfl updates and being able to watch videos of every team. 2. i like that i can play online, because for some reason, i can't play the ps2 version online on my ps3. however, some reasons why i might buy the ps2 version is that 1. i hate the ps3 controls, even though i did adjust many of the controls on the 3 version. 2. i can't play defense at all, not even on rookie. its like a espn 2k5 nightmare! on the ps2 version, all madden no problem. if i could somehow play the ps2 version online, i would buy that in a heart beat.

the demo downloads are never as good as the game is going to be since you downloaded it there may be some problems with it since madden has such complex animation

I had the same exact problem. When they demo those games on PS3 of Xbox it isnt the final game. The glitches wont be there, im sure its just a problem they had with the uploading of it. The same thing was a problem with the NCAA09 download on PS3 (when someone went into the motion it would bump the QB and he would slide over almost to the guard LOL)) and the NCAA09 has no glitches. I wouldnt deter you from purchasing Madden because of the glitches in the demo!!!! Its gonna be great!
figgid the sequel
