Question:
I know Texas fans are happy about beating OU but are they happy with the way Texas played?

Landry (back up QB) played head and shoulders above McCoy even with a busted up very young offensive line for OU. And before you answer that Landry is as good as Bradford. Remember Bradford beat McCoy out for the Heisman last year.Heck, Bradford's 2 passes were only 50 yards short of McCoys whole game. OU shut Shipley down worse yesterday than in anytime in his career. McCoy spent more time on his back than standing up. All the Texas fans that were talking 2-3-4 touchdown win trash all week, or really since Bradford got hurt in week one. You still just as happy? Yes, I know a win is a win but you know the BCS doesn't always think that way.
Texas dropped a slot last week. What happens now?

"If the showdown with Oklahoma was supposed to be a statement game for the nation's No. 3 team, Texas didn't state much of a case." ESPN

It appears that you are smoking crack. Look at the interception stats alone for Jones. The last interception was a bad pass thrown into double coverage. Bradford or Mccoy would not have forced the pass. Jones is not as good as Bradford. Look at the numbers from last year Jones has not matched that.

Your reference to the ESPN quote is to elevate FLORIDA in the polls. The Texas/OU game was very ugly. Both defenses came to play. OU almost played the way they needed to, to win.

Jones will be a good QB, he needs more time. OU is a legitimate #8-#10 team. Wait and see.

as a true Texas fan....NO

I want to know what happen to the Colt that had over a 77% ccompletion record last year...the Colt that would run for a first down when we were on 3rd and 7... a hungry offense is what I want...it would seem that Colt has done what most of us fans from all schools have refused to do...and that is listen to the bullshit analysts...anyhow we will find a way and more and more each week, the SEC powers get beat down a little more...FL over AR by 3...ha ha ha...Alabama over SC late in the 4th...please....seeing Bradford go down sucked...hes a good QB and it sucks to see a player fall.

I am happy as a fan for the win but not the performances over the past few weeks.

I could care less what the douche bags at ESPN think or say...they will grab the nuts of whoever is the flavor of the week

So if OU was supposed to be a statement game for the Horns....what were the Horns supposed to be for OU?

edit: when will you pawns stop calling teams overrated...why is Texas overrated?

Cause Colt is obviously having a bad year...or cause we aren't scoring 50 a game like last year...OU and Texas have the highest ranked defenses in the country just like we had the highest ranking offenses in the country last year...OU scored more points last year than any other team period yet this year they lost 3 games by a total of 5 points...does that make them overrated...I think not...teams all go through bad times...it's pathetic to call a team overrated when they have proven year in and year out that they are the best at what they do

this year is hate on BIG 12 year...cause last year we got hated on for not playing defense and this year we get hated on for not playing offense

Oklahoma dominated that game. That defense is scary. They had their usal bad calls against them the 5 turovers killed them. Texas might not have scored a point without the turnovers.
Cowboys Realist (1-6)..they suck this year
