HELP!! Total number of college bowl games??

Question

I have a crazy extra credit assignment, and one of the questions is the total number of College Football Bowl games. I can't seem to find that. Well the real question is the year kwanza was developed subtracted by the total number of College Football Bowl Games. I dont know the total number of College Football Bowl games and i cant find it on the internet. Any help would be wonderful!
