Henry missed a lot of time due to NFL and team suspensions, but when he did play, he was a very productive receiver. 21 of his 119 receptions were touchdowns. McNair had a much longer career, passing for over 30,000 yards over 13 seasons. It's tough to compare a quarterback and a wide receiver, but I think Henry was a better receiver than McNair was a quarterback. Both men, though, were great athletes who died way too young. RIP Slim, RIP Air McNair.

Chris Henry was a 3rd option at receiver. McNair was a starter his whole career and an MVP. No comparison.

And as the other guy stated, one wasn't a criminal.

Steve McNair because he brought the spirit of football. Chris Henry was very good don't get me wrong but Steve was just that much more better. I think that Chris became more famous after he died. Ocho was crying during the National Anthem for Chris. Both horrible tragedies.

I don't think you can compare the two. Henry was pretty much still starting his career while McNair was retired. I don't think we really got to see what Chris Henry was cabable of. Overall, McNair probably would be considered "better."

And they both were tragedies. To those who don't think it was a tragedy: I hope the day never comes that something bad happens to you and someone else laughs at it and mocks you. Shame.

By the way...the asker wasn't wanting you to compare criminal records. He wanted you to compare NFL careers! Wake up!

LOL @ "tragically dead"

These two deaths are tragedies?

Neither was a tragedy. As far as football skills, Henry wasn't even close to McNair.

LMAOF! Chris Henry was an average at best receiver. McNair had HOF qualities.

I think that both guys were good.... I mean they were both in the NFL!

To all of you who says either or was bad should remind yourselves that you aren't in the NFL.

Plus both lives were ended too soon so there for they were both tragic.
