This was my first year of playing organized school football and i was a 3rd string wide reciver and a first string free saftey. i do weight lifting (i bench 125)and i think the my db/ wide recivercoach didnt know what he was talking about because he sucks and that affected me and some of the guys on team, so i want to know some tips to become a better 1st string saftey or wide reciver for next season and not from my db/wide reciver coach. and i also do track and i run long distance 800m and 4 by 100 relay. how do i balance football and track and be good in both? because im good at both and i need help with that issue too.
