Hey anyone catch the sportcenter update on ESPN that showed the list of sports to be played in the Olympics in 2012, I couldv'e swore I saw that football was on that list. Does anyone know if football is going to be in the next Olympics?

I don't see football becoming an Olympic sport anytime soon. If it does, I doubt it will be professional NFL players representing the US. It will likely be undrafted players or unsigned free agents competing because pro players do not want to take a risk with their own career.
Thumbs up to those who agree.

There is no way that they will ever make American Football an Olympic sports. I wish they would, but the rest of the world wouldn't even score a point. Could you imagine the team the USA could put together? I would love to see that game though.
You probably saw football, but they may have been referring to Soccer.
