Is it possible to create a team on madden 13 using current players and current teams?

I'm thinking of getting madden 13 on PS3. I want to be able to edit the current players in the NFL teams so that I can create a team where the players are all custom-made. For example, can someone tell me if I can change Aaron Rodgers' name, height, stats, looks, throwing motion, position, basically everything that can be changed. I'm planning to make a team in Madden that has palyers in my own football team. Thanks.

Team: Not Logos or Names or Jersey or anything else
