Hello, Im a Univ of cincinnati bearcat football fan, and a graduate of the school.. this team is and has been ranked 5th for awhile... the issue is and has been for many years ( for many teams/schools) too rate these teams based on BCS ratings? for all of the previous teams, schools, fans, this has been the most frustrating issue for collegiate football teams as everyone feels that theyre should be a playoff system to replace the BCS rating system... we all know that smaller schools such as boise state, the university of cincinnati will never move up to the top 3 or 1 or 2 as the BCS favors and wants the larger schools to be on top too generate the most revenues..... this system came under scrutiny more than ever when last year we all wanted a playoff game for florida, oklahoma, alabama.. and why not? why not have a playoffs system for tthe top teams as we all have our favorite teams thatt are stuck in say 3rd or 4th or 2nd and they will not move up based on ratings..... do you agree that those smaller schools that do not generate the same revenues and have smaller followings ie. fan base etc. cannot surpass the bigger schools that are ranked higher but with the same number of wins/losses? your input is appreciated!

ps. if you have an opinion on the UC bearcats whom are currently 5th in the bcs standings/ap polls and their ranking in relation too other teams, i would appreciate it...

well.. this year the 2 best teams will be playing for the championship.

but id rather see a playoff system so the top teams all get a fair shot at showing they are the best team in the nation.

for example i want to see boise st play florida or texas

look buddy, while the bearcats are finishing a great season, they are currently ranked number five because the four teams above them are having just as great seasons. this year will look to have the most undefeated teams to finish a season ever, so your concern about ranking can be argued for any of the other teams. boise state was jumped by cincinnati and tcu. texas jumped alabama during its off week to be jumped back the next week. is florida REALLY the BEST of the undefeated teams?

all we can do is hope the best for whatever team you root for and like my favorite teams coach said earlier this year, "don't put your hands in the bcs' system"

as for a playoff system, watch pro football.

it is no longer a hundred% actual. It relies upon on no count if the followers have an interest interior the heel or no longer. Ric flair for the main component to his profession interior the 80's with the Horsemen, became a heel NWA international Champion...and he became the driving rigidity alongside with the Horsemen at the back of the NWA's fulfillment lower back then. Bret Hart became a heel in 1997 while he became champ after defeating the Undertaker...and nonetheless WWF wasn't doing that super at that factor, Bret did no longer harm the scores for the duration of that factor he became a heel champion. HBK became a heel champion after that with DX, and he specific did no longer harm scores. So it is no longer heels that harm the scores, it relies upon on no count if the heel is a superb heel or no longer. If some thing is exciting, no count if the champion is heel or no longer followers will track in.

The more I watch the BCS, the more it makes sense to me. Playoffs just aren't fair.
