Last time these two teams hit the field in the playoffs, the Bears won 33-8. That was in 1941. Each team won a game at home. I think the Bears will just barely beat the Packers. I'm predicting it to be 20-17 for the Bears. Bold prediction but I have faith in my Bears.

Lovie Smith has just a little bit of George Halas in him...and probably a icing of Mike Ditka. I can remember when the Bears went to the Super Bowl in 1986. I think they beat the Patriots thanks to Refrigerator William Perry.

And of course, 2006...the Bears went to the Super Bowl to square off against Indianapolis. A battle of two African-American coaches....from the Colts, there was Dungy, and from the Bears, Smith. Bears lost the 2006 Super Bowl, of course.

Now the Packers/Bears NFC Championship game.........

Bears are going to try to win but the Packers will win by the ground game and in the air (passing). Final result is that the Packers will win 44-42 by a safety in second overtime.

I think it will be close. I can't pick against Da Bears so I say Bears 17-14.
