It seems like i can never see any black people at a football game cheering for their team, notice how they always talk about it? maybe they would rather just play it instead of watching it??
What gives?

What gives must be your selective eye sight.
Many persons of different races are at the games - you just don't "see" them for some reason. Next time take off the blinders and just enjoy the game - let stress for your small brain and blurred eyeballs.

Possibly because the population of america is only about 15% African-American (a bit less actually). Therefore spotting the 15 out of every 100 people is kind of difficult in those quick pans to the large crowd. Also if not for HD, you would NEVER see African-Americans. Also because some African-American people are very light skinned and are therefore not so obviously African-American. Despite what you say, I think there are far less at Baseball games. And even then I notice, it's just hockey that lacks and African-American following. Strange, since Jerome Iginla is the #1 ranked player in fantasy hockey!

It's not like that at Raider games. In fact white people r the minority at Raider games no joke. All us Mexicans and Blacks are BBQ'n, u know how we do.
It's cool, i don't think it's a racist question, i always make a point to point that out to my homies and friends, espicially at Basketball games.
The Bay Area is way different, it's probably the other way around here. More minorities can afford tickets out here.
I do think it is geographical though, and economic.

thats a funny question. I am watching football right now actually and i think black people just blend in with the background more and so it is harder to pick them out. But they are there.

Im sure there are some, when you acually go to a game live it seems like there are many different races at the game, but on TV it just looks like white people are the only ones that go. Its wierd.

Are you kidding me? I was just at the Seahawk game yesterday (were we kicked a$$, yeah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!), and a good 1/8th of the fans were black. I have no clue what you are talking about, I see blacks on T.V. a lot.

Maybe because your TV is too small. Most of the coverage is of the field.

african americans only make up 13.4 percent of the american population so why would you expect that percentage to change for the attendance of a football game?

You don't see them because YOU are not paying attention. I see them all the time.
