I think that list needs to be queaked just a little bit...but the major flaw is putting Tom Brady above Elway and Marino.

Peyton Manning and Tom Brady are still active in the NFL. Then there are the up and comings, Ben Roethlisberger, Philip Rivers, Eli Manning who still have several more years to play. There are others, but these are the three from the same recruiting class. I may have Brett Favre in the top ten, but not the top five. His career remains a guess. Dan Marino belongs at number two, maybe three, but certainly not number nine. I would not put much credence into whatever hyped up equation he used.

I place Elway above Montana and my reason is: Montana had Bill Walsh and Elway had Reeves( for most of his career). If you put Elway under Bill Walsh and the 49ers Elway walks away with one for the thumb. If you put Montana under Reeves and the broncos im not sure Montana even makes a super bowl appearance at all. He definitely wouldn't have gone to 3 SB under Reeves like Elway did. Elway played in 5 SB, 2 SB victories, SB MVP and 9 times voted to the pro bowl. To rank #7 at #7 is a joke. Elway did a lot more with a lot less help around him.

If Brady is #5, that list isn't worth wiping with. No Staubach in the top 5- LOL!
